Warranty and Service Policy
Equipment warranty coverage and the service Finn Supply provides.
Equipment warranty
Commercial and industrial laundry equipment supplied by Finn Supply is covered by the manufacturer's (Tolkar-Smartex) warranty. The specific terms, duration and coverage are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation and in your sales agreement for each machine.
What Finn Supply provides
As your authorized US dealer, we provide delivery, professional installation, commissioning, operator training, preventive-maintenance programs, genuine Tolkar-Smartex spare parts and responsive service to help protect your uptime for the life of the equipment.
Making a warranty or service request
To request warranty service or support, contact us with your machine model and serial number and a description of the issue, and we will coordinate the appropriate service or parts.
What is not covered
Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accident, improper installation by others, unauthorized modification or repair, failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions, normal wear, or consumable items. Refer to the manufacturer's warranty for full details.
