Returns and Cancellations Policy
How order changes, cancellations and returns are handled.
Commercial and made-to-order equipment
Most commercial and industrial laundry equipment is configured or manufactured to order. Orders are confirmed by a written quote or sales agreement, which sets out deposit, payment and cancellation terms.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations before manufacturing or shipment may be accepted subject to the terms of your agreement; deposits and any costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
Returns
Installed or commissioned equipment is generally not returnable. Standard stock items, where applicable, may be returnable within the period and conditions stated in your agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective or damaged items
Items that are defective or damaged on arrival are handled under our Warranty and Service Policy — contact us and we will make it right.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method after inspection, per the terms of your agreement.
